last 10 days

We have been in Clarksville, TN for the last 10 days home/house hunting.  I won't bore you with a picture of the camper parked here.  We had never been to this military town since it is home of an ARMY post.   Being near military is something we think we want for our future remainder of our time living, that is, of course, unless God sends us elsewhere.  The first week here we development searched an entire tank of diesel fuel (around $80).  We found some really nice areas and even met with one of the development owners.  Then we spent an entire day with a realtor looking at already lived-in homes.  We found a few nice ones of those also.   Have we made a decision?  Not really.  We are learning to TRUST and OBEY and right now we feel we are being sent on on our travels to visit and catch-up with more dear friends in MO, CO and possible on our trip to Alaska.
The camper is doing well.  It keeps us dry and we have had loads of rain, wind, and thunderstorms during these 10 weeks.  The truck is doing great as Dave would say.  We have averaged better than 10 for the entire trip thus far.  Not bad considering the truck and camper weigh over 24,000#.  We have our moments being in the small space but really think God got us used to each other after Dave had his surgery and then again overseas.
Pray all is well with each of you.  We keep up via Facebook with those who are on thee.  You may send us e-mail if you so want.  Will be posting more as we continue our travels.  We head to Oklahoma City via Tulsa next Wed. Will be visiting two of my brothers there.  Then to MO to visit super friends in two places we used to live.  Will for sure get some pictures there.

Take care and you may see us on the road, never know.  We did meet some WV friends in MO once as they were traveling back home.  Saw the license plate and went to wave and low and behold, we knew them.
